I know I’ve touched on this before, but like, I am obsessed with breakfast food. No joke. I want all the breakfast foods, sweet or savory, all the time. Eggs, pancakes, waffles, hash. You say the words and I am SO. GAME. What makes that hard is most breakfast food is hard to take to work, ya know? And I am at work for a considerable portion of my week. So even if I want breakfast food for lunch (aka, that is most days) it is damn near impossible to make my dreams a reality.

Did I get that Outkast song stuck in your head now? For me, it’s been 3 days that I have been shaking like a poloroid picture and I cannot STOP. Isn’t that the most annoying thing ever? Trust me, there are some mornings when the song that is currently the alarm on my phone will not leave my head for the entire duration of the day. The worst is when the song is so stuck in your head that you stark lip-singing the words to the song. And totally not even notice. There may even be some slight shaking of the bum, which makes the whole experience for others even more terrifying. Cause then everyone you pass begins to think you are a freak mumbling to yourself like in the exorcist.

You are not going to believe me, but oatmeal and I needed a break. Seriously.
Now, oatmeal is usually my go-to during the work week. I have it around 5-6 times a week and it gives me enough fiber and plant based protein to allow me to stay full during lunch. Also, guys, the ways you can change oatmeal are endless. Sweet and savory. Fruits and veggies. Peanut butter and peanut butter.
I know I said peanut butter twice. It was totally intentional.
